Your account¶
The account page is a summary of your account. There are three pages:
- Version of the BiDiApp
- Subscription information and renewal button.
- Your personal details
Personal info¶
The page displays the minimum data as with what name and email address you are registered.
Subscriptions¶
If there is only one subscription, for instance the free version, you will see the following page:
If there is a subscription provided by the caregiver, you will see the following page.

Once subscribed to a subscription plan, this is the page to monthly renew the subscription. Of course you will be notified if the subscription expires or is about to expire.
BiDiApp Version¶
In case you need to connect to the support team, please provide the version number to the support team as well as the personal info provide in the personal page.
