Appointments

To start, fill in the "New Request" form and submit the form.

Request an appointment

The call center will then confirm the appointment on the requested date (and time) or reschedule the request to a different date and time. Once the call center confirms the date and time, the appointment appears in the calendar.

Pending appointment

If the call center changes the date and time or if the user is unable to keep the , the user can reschedule the appointment to a new date and time.

Scheduled confirmed appointment

When the appointment is over, it shows in the history.
